Once you subscribe, you become an Admin user. You can then organize your subscriber or member base by segmenting them into groups and only allowing access to different titles based on the group to which each subscriber has been linked. Subscribers can then only access titles to which they have been linked, being some or all of the titles available.
Each subscriber would either sign up via a pre-designed form which would require Admin approval, or Admin could email them their login details.
Titles are uploaded into the system as PDF files and can only be accessed by authorized users using our Encrypted PDF Reader. Each ebook is given user parameters such as when it expires automatically, whether users can print it out and restrict the number of times a user can access the ebooks.
As an Admin user, you would have your own elibrary portal set up onto a domain name of your choosing and branded based upon your organization’s logo. Your subscribers would see this as being your organization’s unique elibrary.
